Our standard freshness window ensures that arrangements will remain vibrant for at least 5 days from the date of delivery, provided they are cared for according to the tips included with your bouquet. If you believe your flowers have not lasted as promised within this window, please contact us with details and, if possible, a photo for assessment.

Refund & Replacement Options

Your satisfaction is our priority. If flowers are damaged on arrival or if the arrangement doesn't meet our freshness guarantee within the promised window, we will gladly offer you a choice between a replacement bouquet or a full refund.
